Late Autumn has descended and only the bravest leaves remain in full color on their prospective trees. The apples have all been gathered, leaving only the ghosts on the trees. Pumpkins line the cellar shelves and the aroma of cloves, cinnamon, cardamon, and allspice can be found drifting from mamaw's kitchen almost daily. The season of drawing in to family and fire is upon us. It is the time just after the Autumn Harvest.
