Join Luke in going beyond "This is a seed, this is dirt," Gardening 201 delves into the heart of growing your own food and medicine. We will discuss the importance of soil, composting, seed starting, maintenance, common diseases and local remedies you will probably encounter in Southern Appalachia. Weather permitting, we will be getting our hands and knees dirty in the orchard herb garden.
